In submitting this Profile to the IFES Consultant Database, I acknowledge that this submission is not an application for employment nor an offer of employment. I acknowledge that the submission of my Profile is to determine my compatibility with consulting opportunities, which, if I were to be selected by IFES, could result in an independent-consultant contract. I acknowledge and understand that submission of my Profile does not guarantee selection for or result in a Consultant Contract with IFES.


I certify that the answers contained in this Consultant Profile and the information contained in the resume that I am providing along with this Consultant Profile are true and accurate to the best of my information and belief. I have withheld nothing that would affect my Consultant Profile unfavorably. If any facts stated by me on this Consultant Profile or in my resume are found to be untrue or to be misrepresentations of the truth, either before or after a consultant contract commences, such finding will constitute sufficient cause for the withdrawal of any consultant contract or for the immediate termination of such consultant contract should I become an independent contractor of IFES.


I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this Consultant Profile. I further authorize IFES to contact my present or most recent employers, except as noted above, and I hereby waive any action against IFES and former employers based on statements made during the investigation.
